According to the Beverly Hills Police Department, they are currently investigating a misdemeanor battery incident, with the subject named as Kanye West.
A source tells The Monae Group the events leading up the alternation, which allegedly occurred between West and a teenager, whom the insider described as an "around 18-year-old white man."
Kim and Kanye were meeting for a design appointment Monday, January 13th. Kim arrived later than Kanye as was swarmed by photographers. En route into the building, some sources say the 18-year old tried to help Kim into the building as he started screaming, "F**k these fa**ot-ass n****rs"" -- referring to the paparazzi. Kim then told him it was not appropriate to use use racial and prejudice slurs and he turned on her and verbally assaulted her. TMZ says he said screamed at her saying, "F**k you bitch. Just trying to help you. Shut up n****r lover, stupid slut."
Apparently that got Kim livid and as she tried to defender herself as they were walking into the building, the guy continued berating her into the stairwell telling her to "shut the f--k up" before continuing to use the N-word while aiming his insults at Kim. Kanye called Km on her cell because she was so delayed and when the guy realized Kanye was on the phone he allegedly said, "F**k you N****r." Kanye -- who was already in the building heard Kim hysterically crying as the 18-year old threaten to "Kill Her" -- he then rushed to met up with Kim.
Sources say once Kanye and Kim meet up, they rushed into the waiting room of chiropractor Richard Hill to confront the the 18-year-old and the teen started once again to insult the couple. A live source said. "He was in Kanye's face and wouldn't stop. He was taunting him. Police were called to the scene." Witnesses say Kanye punched the guy and Kim screamed, "We have it all on tape."
The Beverly Hills Police Department has yet to release any further information, and, according to the second source, Kim is currently "talking to her counsel and considering her options."
Yesterday, Kanye (pictured below) flew to Paris for the men's Givenchy fashion show and sat front row with actress, Noomi Rapace.
