8 AM Workouts


I started a new regimen to get to my body where I want her to be and I am excited about it. I am a tall girl standing at 5'7 so I am not trying to be a petite barbie, I  LOVE my curves. I just want to tone and prepared for the modeling jobs I have in my future. 
My current measurements for the Bust, Waist and Hips are : 36' 29' 40'
My goal measurements are 36' 26' 37'
My new regimen includes an hour and a half workout 3 days a week and alternating plates and yoga on Saturday's. I am super hype! 
I CAN DO IT!
